With our multipurpose VarioLineComposite floors, we allow manufacturers to reduce their carbon footprint. The floors are made from at least 60% post-consumer plastic waste and are 100% recyclable at the end of their life. Compared to traditional wood-based materials the floor's carbon footprint is reduced by approximately 40% in comparison to plywood.
Due to their material design, VarioLineComposite floors offer an outstanding mechanical performance allowing high load bearing capacity and their secure transmission into the surrounding structures - like chassis, hull etc.

At the heart is the trademark integral foam core (=VarioCor) that is made 100% from recycled post-consumer plastics and that generates a large portion of the weight saving.
This is fully bonded by welding to the structural - endless fibre - decks that are welded to the VarioCor. These come in different technical specifications and allow a great range of performance.
The functional top surface is the long-lasting, high abrasion and secure antislip with the bottom side protected with UV-stable backing.
In addition to the material´s resistance to environmental influences, the surface stands out regarding its abrasion resistance.
The floor surface lasts more than 10 times longer than the typical phenolic resin surface on plywood.
